Migration and Urban Research

Welcome to the homepage our our workgroup: MUS - Migration and Urban Research. We are located at the Institute for Empirical and Applied Research (EMPAS), which is a research unit of the faculty of soial sciences at the University of Bremen. Our research and teaching activities include empirical analysis of migration processes, especially of labour migration in Germany, but also research on integration of immigrants, education and labour markets, economic sociology of immigration, quantitative methodology, longitudinal and network analysis. This homepage informs about current research projects, our staff members and teaching activities.
